Senior Private Sector Initiatives Officer – Housing Licensing

Northumberland County Council in Blyth is recruiting a Senior Private Sector Initiatives Officer to lead the local Selective Licensing scheme. You will enforce housing standards, inspect licensed properties, and advise landlords, agents and tenants on legal requirements.
