Membership Insights Lead – Data-Driven Journeys (Hybrid)

Insight Select Ltd in London is seeking a Membership Insights Manager to shape how the organisation understands, engages with and retains its members. This role combines data, member behaviour and strategic thinking to improve customer experience and drive growth.

You will analyse member data across acquisition, engagement and renewal, own end-to-end journeys, track key metrics and present clear, actionable recommendations to stakeholders. Hybrid London: 3 days in office, 2 at home.
