Senior User Researcher – Public Sector, SC Cleared, Hybrid

Sanderson Government and Defence is seeking an experienced User Researcher to join our collaborative team. You will lead user research activities, partner with product managers, designers and developers to inform service design with user insights.

You will conduct qualitative interviews, usability tests, and surveys, applying both remote and in-person methods, and advocate for user-centred design across public and private sector projects, with hybrid working options.
