Roadside Mechanic — Flexible Shifts, Competitive Pay

RAC is hiring a Superflex Roadside Mechanic to support members in the Coventry cluster, covering areas like Coventry, Nuneaton, Bedworth, Rugby and surrounding towns. You’ll join a trusted roadside team with your RAC van, fuel card and diagnostic kit provided.

Hours run roughly 40 per week with shifts between 06:00 and 02:00 and rosters several days in advance. The role offers a base salary of £50,669 with the opportunity to earn up to £57,000 (plus £5,200 London Weighting where applicable) and
