Job Description:
Broadwick’s Troxy in London seeks an organised Ticketing Manager to lead ticketing operations, overseeing on-sales with Ticketmaster, allocations, and settlements with promoters. You’ll manage casual box office and front-of-house staff, work evenings and weekends, and handle customer inquiries with speed and clarity.
You’ll collaborate with Event Managers to ensure accurate event data, maintain systems and seating configurations, monitor sales, and provide pre-show ticketing information.
