Description

As an Executive Assistant at Foster + Partners, you will be a trusted partner to both Senior Partners and project teams, playing a vital role in keeping the studio running smoothly. This is a fast‑paced, people‑facing position where your organisation, judgement and discretion will be valued every day. You’ll be at the heart of a creative environment, managing priorities, solving problems and enabling senior stakeholders to focus on design leadership.

What you will bring to the team:

  • Expertise in seamlessly coordinating high-level meetings, events and presentations.
  • Confident, polished communication skills when representing senior leaders internally and externally.
  • Strong organisational ability when managing correspondence, expenses and key documentation.
  • A calm, solutions-focused approach when handling changing priorities and tight deadlines.
  • Demonstrable experience supporting senior executives in a PA or similar capacity.
  • Proven track record in managing complex diaries and international travel arrangements.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel.
