Head Chef – Tearooms & Private Dining Lead

The National Trust for Scotland in Glasgow seeks a proactive Head of Kitchen to lead daily kitchen operations at The Mackintosh Tearooms. You will deliver tearoom, private dining and event menus while ensuring safety, hygiene and financial targets are met.

Reporting to the Restaurant Manager, you will work with the wider team to create a memorable visitor experience and maintain standards across food and beverage operations.
