Job Description:
The Senior Fleet Team Leader will oversee the Council’s fleet maintenance service, coordinating servicing, repairs, diagnostics, maintenance and MOT testing to high safety and reliability standards.
Based at the Trostre Workshop in Llanelli, the role requires leadership across depots at Cillefwr and Glanaman, with some weekend work and travel to other sites as needed. A Level 3 NVQ in HGV maintenance and a supervising qualification are required, along with an essential HGV licence.
