Davies Group is seeking a Client Service Manager to lead day-to-day relationships with core and volume motor clients. You will collaborate with technical and procurement teams, champion client needs, and drive first-class service delivery.
In this role you will onboard new clients, monitor SLA/KPI performance, and provide clear MI reporting. The successful candidate will be commercially minded, an excellent communicator, and able to work autonomously in a fast-paced motor insurance environment.
