LEAP is seeking a Customer Success Specialist to join its LegalTech team in Nottingham on a hybrid basis. You will guide new clients through onboarding and ensure they gain maximum value from the LEAP platform from day one, working with legal professionals to deliver tailored training and hands-on support both on-site and remotely.
You will manage onboarding, implementation support, and post-implementation follow-ups, building strong client relationships and driving adoption of the LEAP Estates
