Senior Support Lead for Independent Living

Agincare is recruiting a Senior Support Worker for a supported living service in Sileby, Leicestershire. You will lead and mentor staff, provide hands-on support, and ensure high-quality, person-centred care for three individuals with learning disabilities, autism and complex needs.

You will work to promote independence, choice and inclusion, while coordinating service operations and ensuring regulatory compliance. A full UK driving licence and ongoing professional development are required.
