Dynamic Equine Office Coordinator (Maternity Cover)

Donnington Grove Veterinary Group in Newbury Berkshire is seeking an Equine Secretary on a maternity-leave cover for 12 months. You will manage telephone inquiries, schedule client appointments, and oversee the appointment diary while handling payments, admissions, onboarding, and cost estimates.

The role is 35 hours per week with a Saturday rota. Excellent equine knowledge and a confident telephone manner are essential, with full training provided and proficiency in Microsoft Office and Outlook
