Brainkind is seeking a Rehabilitation Support Worker to provide personalised support to adult residents at Eastfields. You will follow individual plans to help residents develop independence in daily living, hygiene, meals, exercise and social activities.
The role offers extensive training, supportive supervision, and opportunities to work across art, music, sports and community activities, with DBS/PVG and references checks part of our compliance process.
