Stepping Stones Services is seeking a dedicated Support Worker for evening shifts to assist individuals with personal care, daily living tasks, and medication administration in home settings.
You will work within our 2-week rolling rota, providing compassionate support, promoting independence, and helping clients engage with their communities. NVQ Level 2/3 in Health and Social Care is desirable and training is provided.
