Northumberland County Council is seeking a Best Start Inclusion Practitioner to support babies and young children aged 0-5 and their families across Northumberland Family Hubs. You will identify needs early, promote inclusion and help ensure the right support at the right time.
The role is permanent and full-time within NCC Band 5, offering a salary of £29,542 – £32,046, and opportunities to work with health, education and family support services to improve children’s outcomes.
