Senior Residential Care Worker – Lead and Support Youth

Medical Update Online is seeking a Senior Support Worker in Melksham to support young people aged 15-17 in a residential home. The role focuses on creating a safe, nurturing environment, leading shifts, and delivering tailored care plans to help young people overcome challenges and achieve positive outcomes.

The role requires NVQ Level 3 in Residential Childcare, a full UK driving licence, and flexibility for a 2 on / 4 off rota with sleep-ins and overtime where needed.
