We Change Lives (WCL) is seeking Bank Support Workers for our Atherton services, offering flexible ad hoc shifts across days and nights. Earn £12.71 per hour with an additional £1 night enhancement, and enjoy the freedom to choose shifts through our online rota.

You’ll support adults with complex health needs in a warm 10-bed home, delivering person-centred care, maintaining safety, and using our care plans and technology. Experience in care and strong communication are valued.
