Care Team Leader — Lead & Support in Disability Care

Sense Cymru in Caerphilly is seeking a Care Team Leader on a fixed-term basis for 12 months to cover maternity leave. The role is 37.5 hours per week, with a salary of £27,982.50 per year and requires a full UK driving licence and own vehicle.
