What you will be doing
You will join an inclusive and supportive team that works well together to provide care to people who have a learning disability, or who are autistic with additional complex needs including: Epilepsy, ADHD, Self-injurious behaviours, Individuals who may have limited hearing or sight conditions.
It can be quite a challenging environment at times, so a positive attitude, compassion, resilience and vigilance are important. But it is hugely rewarding to see people improve because of your involvement, knowing that you’ve made someone’s life better.
It is a permanent, full-time vacancy, working 7 hours shifts, 35 contracted hours per week, working on rotas including every other weekend, between the hours of 7am and 10pm.

Specialist Learning Disability & AutismCommunity Based Living.The service is staffed 24 hours a day by a dedicatedteam of Support Workers, led by an experiencedRegistered Manager.
Bradfield House has two lounges, and ten spaciousbedrooms with full en-suite facilities. The home also hastwo fully enclosed gardens. Bradfield House is situated inthe conservation area of Worthing, West Sussex, justa short walk to the sea front, and ¼ mile to WestWorthing main line train station.This seaside town with a pier and promenade enjoysan excellent range of facilities and amenities. Worthinghas direct train access to Brighton and Londonand good road links around the area.
