Live-in Deputy Manager, Children’s Home (Wirral)

FRONTrunner Recruitment Ltd is assisting a care provider on the Wirral to recruit a Children’s Home Deputy Manager. Based in a residential home, you will lead the support team, manage rotas and ensure care plans are followed while supporting the manager daily.

Role involves caring for children aged 6–16, with allowances for flexible hours, sleep-ins, and ongoing training. A Level 3 NVQ is essential, Level 5 a major advantage, and a full UK driving licence is required.
