Life-Saving 999 Call Handler & EMS Advisor

East Midlands Ambulance Service NHS Trust in Nottingham is seeking an Emergency Medical Advisor (999 Call Handler) to answer 999 and urgent calls, triage, provide life‑saving guidance, and dispatch help.

You will receive full training and, after 12 months, progress to Band 4 as an EMAS mentor, with access to NHS benefits including annual leave, pension, and wellbeing support.

The role is full‑time and requires shifts including nights, weekends and holidays with unsocial hour enhancements.
