Compassionate Hospice at Home Care Assistant

St Leonard’s Hospice in York is recruiting Hospice@Home Health Care Assistants to provide holistic community care under Registered Nurses, building relationships with patients and families.

You will work as part of a rotating team, with shifts including early/late/long days, weekends and bank holidays. A driving licence is essential, and the role offers a salary between £25,909 and £27,653 per annum plus enhancements.
