Esland is seeking a full-time Children’s Residential Support Worker in Lancaster at Foxglove Manor. Join a dedicated team providing trauma-informed care for children aged 8 to 18, building trusting relationships and supporting daily routines, education access, and personal development.
You will work 48-hour shifts including sleep-ins, with a 4-day break, on a 365-service basis. Salary ranges £33,682–£34,305 plus overtime and benefits; full driving license and UK right to work are required.
