Crisis Support Bank Worker | Mental Health & Wellbeing

Derbyshire Mind in Swadlincote is seeking compassionate Bank Support Workers to join the Crisis Support Drop-In service on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays. You will provide one-to-one and small group support in a non-clinical, community setting.

This casual, fixed-term role runs until the end of March 2026 with potential extensions. Travel between sites in Buxton, Ripley and Swadlincote is required to cover shifts, including evenings and weekends.
