Care Assistant – Home Care | Flexible Shifts & Benefits

Cera is hiring a Care Assistant to support clients in Brighton & Hove in their own homes. You will help with daily tasks, provide companionship and ensure safe, compassionate care. No prior experience is required and full training is provided.

We offer flexible shifts (7am–3pm and 3pm–10pm) with weekend work; a driving licence and access to a vehicle are required to visit multiple clients. Join our caring team and make a difference every day.
