Holistic Health Support for Mental Health Care

Hertfordshire Partnership University NHS Foundation Trust in Watford is offering an opportunity to join our integrated health service, focusing on improving physical health and wellbeing for people with severe mental illness.

The post holder will support nurse-led Physical Health, Clozapine and Depot Clinics, conduct physical health assessments, venepuncture and holistic health reviews as part of a multidisciplinary team.
