Hours of Work

Average of 37.5 hours per week covering a 4 week rolling rota including weekends and bank holidays – shift times are 19:50-08:10

Project Description

The project is located in Swansea and is a direct access hostel for 17 single people aged 18 upwards. The service provides residential support with the aim of meeting individuals’ needs, which promote independence and lead to a sustainable move-on.

Purpose of Role

To provide a proactive night time presence within Dinas Fechan to promote quiet and peaceful occupation of its residents/visitors. To respond to disturbances, emergencies and other housing management functions according to procedure and provide ad-hoc support to residents in response to demand. To assist with the organisations lone working and arrangement of out of hours’ resources.

This role is subject to an Enhanced DBS disclosure.

We are not utilising agencies with this role and kindly ask that agencies do not approach to assist us with this vacancy.
