Part-Time Children’s Health Care Support Worker

County Durham & Darlington NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Health Care Support Worker for the Children’s Outpatient Team. The role is predominantly based at University Hospital of North Durham with travel to Darlington Memorial, Bishop Auckland, Chester-le-Street Hospitals and Stanley Primary Care centre.
