Thera Trust seeks enthusiastic support workers to join our inclusive team supporting adults with a learning disability. You will help create innovative ways to support individuals to achieve their own goals and ambitions, using a person-centred approach to empower independence.

Roles may be in clients’ own homes or out in the community. We offer annualised hours with a guaranteed monthly salary for full and part-time roles, flexible hours, training, DBS check, pension and progression
