Deputy Care Home Manager – Lead Team, Person-Centred Care

Agincare is seeking a Deputy Manager in Swindon to lead the care team and ensure high-quality, person-centred care for residents. You will support daily home operations, mentor staff, and maintain safety, hygiene and equipment standards.

You will work closely with the Registered Manager, conducting inductions, supervising team members, and carrying out care audits to adapt care plans as residents’ needs change. A local leadership presence is required.
