Empowering On-Site Learning Disability Support Worker (Full Time)

We Change Lives is seeking a Learning Disability Support Worker in Ellesmere Port to provide compassionate, on-site care for residents with learning and physical disabilities. The role involves assisting with personal care, daily activities, and helping residents pursue their hobbies and interests.

Experience is not essential as full training is provided; a Full UK Driver’s license and the ability to communicate with Makaton are highly valued.
