Compassionate Support Worker – Helping Lives Thrive

Lifeways in Choppington is seeking a Support Worker to help individuals with autism and learning difficulties live more independently. You will work as part of a close-knit team at Whitwood Services, supporting daily activities such as shopping, cooking, and community engagement.

The role offers full-time 37.5 hours per week with part-time and sessional options. DBS paid for, paid training and access to qualifications are provided, plus a 3% employer pension contribution and shopping discounts.
