Senior Deputy Manager – Therapeutic Children’s Care Home

The Esland Group Ltd in Whaley Bridge is recruiting a Deputy Manager for our children’s residential service. You will support the Home Manager in day-to-day operations and ensure high standards of care in a nurturing, therapeutic environment.

Key requirements include at least 12 months supervisory experience in children’s residential care, Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare, and UK driving licence. Sleep-in duties are paid; a 173-hour month rota applies.
