Thrive Education is looking for enthusiastic and reliable Early Years Practitioners to support nurseries and pre-schools across Cirencester and the surrounding areas.
You don’t need to hold a Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification to apply.
We’re looking for people who already have experience working with children and would like the opportunity to use that experience within Early Years settings.
Whether you’ve previously worked within a nursery, school, after-school club, holiday club, sports coaching or another child-focused environment, we’d love to hear from you.
What we’re looking for
- Previous experience working with children
- A genuine interest in working within Early Years
- A caring, patient and enthusiastic approach
- Confidence engaging and interacting with young children
- Someone reliable and happy to get involved
- Good communication and teamwork
- Nursery or pre-school experience is a bonus, but not essential
Your experience could include:
- Nurseries or pre-schools
- Primary schools
- Teaching Assistant work
- Breakfast or after-school clubs
- Holiday clubs
- Sports coaching
- SEN support
- Youth work
- Other professional experience supporting children
