We are recruiting Community Support Workers to join a well-established care provider supporting individuals across Woking and the surrounding areas.

You will support people in their own homes and communities, promoting independence, choice and quality of life.

The Role

• Providing person-centred care and support
• Supporting with daily routines and personal care where required
• Encouraging independence and community involvement
• Providing companionship and emotional support
• Supporting with appointments and activities
• Following care plans and maintaining accurate records
• Working alongside families and other professionals

About You

• Previous care or support experience desirable
• Caring, reliable and compassionate
• Good communication skills
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Full driving licence and own car essential
• Flexible to work weekends and bank holidays
