Thera Trust seeks enthusiastic support workers to join our inclusive team, supporting adults with learning disabilities. You will help individuals achieve personal goals, provide personal and emotional support, assist with planning and managing their home, and help with leisure, employment, and travel.
No previous experience required as full training will be provided. You may work in clients’ own homes or out in the community.
