Local Care & Support Worker — Flexible Hours & Growth Path

Avant Healthcare is seeking a Female Care Worker to cover clients in Hounslow (TW7). The role is zero hours with opportunities for guaranteed hours in some cases, and long shifts of up to 12 hours.

You will assist with transfers using a hoist, dressing, meals, appointments, and daily schedules, provide occasional physiotherapy exercises, and maintain a clean, safe home environment while delivering compassionate care.
