Senior Support Worker – Lead Care & Independence (Nights)

Dolphin Homes Ltd is seeking a Senior Support Worker for White Hart House, Portchester. The role involves providing direct support to individuals with learning and physical disabilities, promoting independence, and delivering person-centred care.

Training and development are provided; previous experience is not required. The position includes 42-hour weeks, 7pm–7am shifts, and every other weekend. Work sponsorship or visa switches cannot be provided.
