Senior Support Worker: Learning Disability Leader

East Sussex County Council is hiring a Senior Support Worker to lead a small team at Beeching Park, Bexhill, supporting adults with learning disabilities. You will provide practical and emotional support, help plan activities, and promote independence and community involvement.

This full-time role (37 hours, Mon Tue Thu Fri, 7.30am-5.15pm and 9.15am-7pm on a rota) includes lead tasks such as induction, training, supervision and development, risk management and key working.
