Wellness Front Desk Concierge

Bannatyne Group in Hitchin is seeking a Front of House Assistant to be the first point of contact for our guests and set the tone for their visit. You will greet people, handle enquiries, take and serve beverages, manage spa bookings and assist with promotions and retail products.

Ideal candidates will have strong interpersonal skills, a warm personality, and the ability to multitask in a busy wellness environment. Flexibility to work early mornings, weekends and holidays is preferred.
