Night Shift Leader – Dementia Care

Portsmouth City Council is recruiting for a Safe at Home Night Responder at Harry Sotnick House in Portsmouth. You will lead a shift on night duty, delivering needs-led care and ensuring safe operation between 9:00pm and 6:00am.

With previous senior carer or team leader experience, you will supervise staff, administer medication safely where required, and liaise with health colleagues to maintain residents’ safety, dignity and wellbeing.
