Field Service Technician – Climate Solutions

Trane Technologies is seeking a Service Technician to provide exceptional customer service and technical support on-site, delivering maintenance and service for installed equipment under our contracts. You will diagnose issues, perform PPMs, handle breakdowns, and maintain strong customer relationships across Dudley, Walsall and surrounding areas.

You will collaborate with service desk, sales and operations, using diagnostic software and MS Office tools to generate reports and track work orders.
