Marine Engineering Training Delivery Instructor (Ship Systems)

The Royal Navy is recruiting a Training Delivery Instructor (Mechanical Engineering) for HMS Sultan in Portsmouth. This full-time role (37.5 hours/week) operates on a term-time basis, delivering training across Marine Engineering and focusing on ship auxiliary systems.

You will build relationships with learners and colleagues, maintain training materials, assess coursework, ensure safety and KPI achievement, and collaborate with Learning & Development to tailor learning journeys.
