Retail Optics Assistant – Customer Care & Training

Boots Opticians is seeking a Retail Assistant to be the first and last point of contact for customers on the shop floor, helping them find eyewear solutions and supporting pre-screening activities.

You will join our in-store team, take part in the Step Into Optics training programme, and perform dispensing, eye-tests support, repairs, and day-to-day store operations.
