Interim Housing Officer — Tenant & Estate Manager

Vivid Resourcing Ltd. is recruiting an Interim Housing Officer for a Local Authority in Harlow. The role covers a broad caseload of tenancy management, rent arrears, anti-social behaviour and estate management, with a focus on responsive housing services.

You will work with tenants, internal teams and external agencies to ensure compliance with council policies and housing legislation, attending court if required and supporting voids and allocations.
