Revenue & Benefits Specialist – Hybrid & Training

Lichfield District Council is seeking an experienced Revenue and Benefits Officer to join the Revenues and Benefits team. You will manage Council Tax, Non-Domestic Rating, BIDS, billing, collection and enforcement, and pursue debts for sundry income and Housing Benefit overpayments.

This is a flexible hybrid role with a 37-hour week. You will work across service areas, participate in training to expand benefits processing knowledge, and keep up to date with legislation and policy changes.
