Location: Office based – Horsham, West Sussex

Salary: £27K

Hours: Monday to Friday 9-5

Finance Assistant – Assistant Accountant duties:

• Process purchase invoices and prepare the monthly payment run
• Assist with the annual year-end statutory audit
• Support with bank account and balance sheet reconciliations
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date supplier records
• Assist with analysing the management accounts
• Raise and control the issue of purchase orders

Skills and experience:

• Experience working in a similar Assistant Accountant or Finance Assistant type role
• Be AAT qualified or an ACCA / CIMA studier – keen to study
• Excellent communication skills both verbally and written
