Credit Control Team Leader – Lead a Small Finance Team

Osborne Appointments is recruiting a Credit Control Team Leader for a Bedford-based, permanent role at 37 hours per week. Salary £35,000–£37,000 DOE.

You will oversee day-to-day billing and credit control and lead a small finance team, ensuring accurate invoicing, timely collections and strong customer service. Experience managing a team is essential, with a focus on process improvement and VAT/Direct Debit handling.
