Locum Social Worker – Hospital Team (Stoke-on-Trent)

Sanctuary Personnel Limited is seeking a qualified Social Worker to join the Hospital Team in Stoke-on-Trent on a locum, full-time ongoing basis. You will undertake comprehensive assessments and care planning to support the transition of individuals from temporary care facilities to longer-term providers.

The role offers two office days per week with the flexibility for home visits, and active participation in the duty rota to ensure timely interventions in a multidisciplinary care setting.
