Education HR Officer: Recruitment & Policy (School)

Randstad Education in Lewisham is seeking a proactive HR Officer to join the school Operations team. The role will cover end-to-end recruitment, staff inductions, HR documentation, and compliance with employment law to support a positive learning environment.

You will work in a school setting with Monday–Friday 8:00 am–4:00 pm. The successful candidate will start ASAP and work closely with senior leaders and the school’s external HR service provider, with potential for a permanent role.
